The hotel had a great view of the city, and our room was spacious and lovely. We were fortunate to have a room with a bathtub. The entire staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The location was convenient for exploring San Francisco, with Pier 39 just a short walk away and easy access to public transportation on Market Street.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown San Francisco for a few nights. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The room itself was spotless and the pillows were delightfully plush. I appreciated the convenience of having outlets on the side of the headboard, and the motion sensor lights in the hallway and bathroom were a nice touch. The free bottles of water and coffee maker with coffee pods were a great addition. I didn't have a chance to try the happy hour, but I'll definitely make a point to do so during my next visit. It was also convenient that they allow pets for a fee and that parking was available, although I didn't need it due to the proximity to public transportation.
Would recommend this hotel.
